NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH - SOUTHFIELD WARD

NEWSLETTER - AUGUST 2015

CRIME FIGURES

After a couple of months when overall reported crime in Southfield has been higher than for the same months in 2014, I am glad to be able to report that the July figures show an 8% decrease on those for July last year.

Motor vehicle crimes and domestic burglaries are down, although thefts of bicycles and non-dwelling burglaries have increased (burglaries from sheds and out-houses are included in the non-dwelling burglaries number). The July crime figures are attached.
